He is the CEO of Bakoena Technologies, an AI SaaS company, and serves as Director or Principal across several ventures, including Rapportech Africa, ZimQuest, BantuBuzz, Savanna & Sage Institute, and Thunzi AI. Previously, Blessing led Webdev Media at Webdev Zimbabwe, where he played a key role in building and scaling a regional digital marketing business and delivering over 300 ICT and digital projects for clients such as CBZ, the Ministry of Finance, and Parliament.
