ZimQuest

This project highlights the delivery of a comprehensive 360° digital marketing strategy for Zimquest, a digital tourism platform designed to connect travellers with destinations, experiences, and tourism services across Zimbabwe.

The objective of the engagement was to increase brand visibility, strengthen online presence, and drive consistent, relevant traffic through an integrated and performance-focused marketing approach.

Zimquest had a full marketplace but no consistent traffic, meaning destinations and experiences weren’t being discovered. Listings sat untouched because users didn’t know the platform existed.

Executed Zimquest’s marketing rollout, increasing traffic to the marketplace and driving awareness of listed experiences. Service providers gained more visibility and travelers actively started using the platform.
